Better Late than Never

I am a little late in posting this, it has been one heck of a week, but I tried out the Wave last Wed. I have been working out off and on for a couple years, so I wouldn't say that I was a true beginner, but by no means am I advanced. The ride the wave moves go by fast and it will take a few tries before I feel like I am doing it the right way, but I have been sore in my thighs since Wed and it is now Tuesday. I am hoping to get back on tomorrow and give it another try.

The Wave arrived today, I am very excited, the shipping was very fast, I was slightly worried based on alot of the reviews I have read, but I did order mine from Amazon, not from The Firm. I have plans tonight and tomorrow night, so I won't start the program until Wednesday, but I will post progress as it goes.

Well, I have seen the infomercial, read online reviews and finally decided to give it a whirl. I ordered the Wave by the Firm kit this morning on Amazon. Should be here by the end of the month and I will sure let you know what I think after a few uses. Keep your eyes peeled for those updates.
